Can we extend our stay?
Stay extensions will be accommodated based on availability. Please send an email to noelle@visitblackmiami.com regarding your extension request after your travel package has been purchased.
Are additional guests allowed?
Additional hotel guests will be charged a fee of $60 per night. Please send an email to noelle@visitblackmiami.com regarding your additional guest request after your travel package has been purchased.
Is parking available?
A free public parking lot is available next to the hotel on 3rd Avenue heading toward 10th Street. An entrance is on 3rd Ave and on 10th Street.
Are payment plans available?
Payment for the Orange Blossom Classic Girls Getaway package is due in full at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
48-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation:
Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the scheduled arrival date is more than 16 days away at the time the cancellation request is received.
After 48 Hours of Purchase:
After the initial 48-hour cancellation period, all package purchases are non-refundable. This policy is necessary because event tickets, accommodations, and other package components are purchased through third-party vendors that generally do not permit refunds.
The only exceptions are:
The event organizer authorizes refunds for the event; or
The event is canceled and refunds are made available by the event organizer or applicable vendors.
Hotel Stay Credit:
Guests who cancel their reservation more than 16 days prior to their scheduled arrival date will not receive a monetary refund. However, they will receive a hotel stay credit equal to the value of the hotel accommodations included in their package, which may be applied toward a future stay at Dunns Josephine Hotel, subject to availability and any applicable hotel terms and expiration dates. Event tickets, admissions, transportation, and other package components are excluded from the hotel stay credit.
Within 16 Days of Arrival:
Reservations canceled 16 days or less before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable and are not eligible for a hotel stay credit, including cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase.
Reservation Transfers: If you are unable to attend, your package reservation may be transferred to another guest, subject to prior written approval by the hotel. Requests for reservation transfers must be submitted before the scheduled arrival date. Once approved, the original purchaser is responsible for providing the new guest’s name and contact information. Visit Black Travel LLC reserves the right to deny transfer requests that cannot be reasonably accommodated.
