Orange Blossom Classic Travel Package Terms & Conditions

Travel Package Disclaimer

The Orange Blossom Classic Travel Package (“Package”) is offered and sold exclusively by Visit Black Travel LLC (“Visit Black Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a Package, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Visit Black Travel LLC, not Dunns Josephine Hotel.

Dunns Josephine Hotel serves solely as the lodging provider for the accommodations included in the Package and is not responsible for package sales, payment processing, cancellations, refunds, hotel stay credits, reservation transfers, ticket fulfillment, or any other aspect of Package administration. Any questions regarding your Package should be directed to Visit Black Travel LLC.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Visit Black Travel LLC and the purchaser (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) concerning the purchase of an Orange Blossom Classic Travel Package.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Package reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Package Inclusions

Each Package may include overnight accommodations at Dunns Josephine Hotel, Orange Blossom Classic game tickets, and other amenities, admissions, transportation, or experiences as described at the time of purchase.

All Package components are sold as a single bundled travel package. Individual components have no separate cash value and may not be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or substituted except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

48-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their Package within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the scheduled arrival date is more than sixteen (16) days away at the time Visit Black Travel LLC receives the cancellation request.

After 48 Hours of Purchase

After the initial 48-hour cancellation period expires, all Package purchases are non-refundable. This policy is necessary because accommodations, event tickets, and other Package components are secured through third-party vendors whose purchases are generally non-refundable.

The only exceptions are:

  • The event organizer authorizes refunds for the event; or
  • The event is canceled and refunds are made available by the event organizer or applicable third-party vendors.

Hotel Stay Credit

Guests who cancel more than sixteen (16) days prior to their scheduled arrival date will not receive a monetary refund. Instead, Visit Black Travel LLC will issue a hotel stay credit equal to the value of the hotel accommodations included in the original Package.

The hotel stay credit:

  • may be redeemed for a future stay at Dunns Josephine Hotel;
  • is subject to room availability and the hotel’s applicable booking policies at the time of redemption;
  • excludes the value of event tickets, admissions, transportation, meals, merchandise, and any other Package components; and
  • may be subject to expiration or other redemption conditions communicated at the time the credit is issued.

Within Sixteen (16) Days of Arrival

Reservations canceled sixteen (16) days or less before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable and not eligible for a hotel stay credit, including cancellations made within the initial 48-hour purchase period.

Reservation Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your Package may be transferred to another guest with the prior written approval of Visit Black Travel LLC.

Transfer requests must be submitted before the scheduled arrival date. Once approved, the original purchaser is responsible for providing the replacement guest’s full name and contact information. Visit Black Travel LLC reserves the right to deny transfer requests that cannot reasonably be accommodated.

Event Ticket Policy

Event tickets included in the Package are subject to the rules, policies, and terms established by the event organizer and ticket issuer.

Tickets have no separate cash value apart from the Package and may not be exchanged, refunded, canceled, or credited independently of the Package.

Visit Black Travel LLC reserves the right to substitute event tickets with seats of comparable or greater value if the originally designated seats become unavailable for any reason beyond its reasonable control. Such substitution shall fully satisfy Visit Black Travel LLC’s obligation to provide event admission.

No-Shows & Early Departures

Guests who fail to check in on their scheduled arrival date (“no-shows”) or who voluntarily depart before their scheduled departure date are not entitled to any refund, hotel stay credit, reimbursement, or compensation.

Force Majeure

Visit Black Travel LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, government actions, venue closures, or the cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Orange Blossom Classic or any included event.

If an included event is canceled or materially modified by the event organizer, any refunds, credits, substitutions, or other remedies shall be governed by the policies of the applicable event organizer, ticket issuer, hotel, or other third-party provider. Visit Black Travel LLC will communicate any available options but does not guarantee refunds or credits beyond those made available by the applicable third-party provider.

Third-Party Suppliers

Visit Black Travel LLC arranges travel packages that include services provided by independent third-party suppliers, including hotels, event organizers, ticket issuers, transportation providers, restaurants, and other vendors. These suppliers are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Visit Black Travel LLC.

Visit Black Travel LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, service failures, or other actions of any third-party supplier.

Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the purchase of a Package shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an Orange Blossom Classic Travel Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Cancellation & Refund Policy. You further acknowledge that your agreement is with Visit Black Travel LLC, and that Dunns Josephine Hotel’s responsibility is limited solely to providing the accommodations included in the Package.
